“Needed to use SMJ Tyres again today, this time with a puncture picked up in Alnwick. Liam was out to sort the tyre out in no time at all, showed me the damage which was clearly not a repair, got a new tyre fitted and I was on my way again within 40 minutes. Absolutely first class, 5 star service. We use them for all new tyre needs and emergencies like these and cannot fault them at all. Very good service and brilliant value for money. ”
“Massive thank you to SMJ tyres for saving the day. I had a puncture on my tyre on Monday, they came out to my house on Tuesday(today) as arranged to fix the tyre on my drive. I was also advised about my other tyres, took the car along to the yard and within 15 minutes all 4 tyres were changed and I was away. Can’t recommend these guys enough for all their help and hard work today. Being a woman, some places rip you off, but not these guys. Fantastic work, fantastic advice and very quick and efficient. “Called into SMJ Tyres on Monday morning (2/5/25) because one of the tyres on my car was losing pressure. They were very busy with customers, but were able to have a look at my car within a few minutes. Having identified the problem almost immediately (a puncture), they repaired it in next to no time. And at a very modest charge. I don't normally write reviews, but this deserves to be an exception. An excellent local business. ”
“Had a puncture thanks to a nail in the tyre, and over the Easter Weekend. Took the tyre in on Tuesday morning. Very friendly staff. Puncture fixed and wheel fitted within 20 minutes, and all with a smile. Cost - £20. A bargain.”
